Costillas de Sancho Aguascalientes FNSM2016
Under the framework of the national fair FNSM 2016, the project aims for the renovation of the restaurant that for almost a decade has been part of this celebration featuring as one of the most important culinary destinations for visitors. Renovation takes the entire structure and ads elements to develop a first floor and bar terrace. The main materiality used in the project is wood to enable comfortable interiors and a striking ceiling of recycled wood with a modular configuration that seeks to attract the attention of the visitors.
